Refund/Cancellation Policy

The deposit is refundable, on receipt of notice in writing a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to your lease starting date.  Should you cancel within the four (4) weeks prior to your lease starting date the deposit will be refunded, providing your room is re-let.There is an administration cost of $75.

All services, room inclusions, events and prices displayed on this website are only available for apartments managed by the onsite managers. Apartments managed by outside agents may not receive any of these services.  All rooms booked through this website are managed by the onsite managers.
